We accept payment by major credit cards, cash in person, or check. At the time of contract agreement (e.g., signing and agreeing to the terms of this document), customer shall submit full payment for a swatch sample to reserve a production schedule date. Please reference invoice.
Prior to service being performed, invoice balances must be paid in full.
For the sake of project management and to ensure ideal timelines for all of our clients, price estimates are guaranteed for only 30 days. This is to ensure timely delivery for all clients as well as avoid cost increases in labor or materials. If no investment is made before this period, pricing is subject to change. If the contract agreement is not signed within 30 days, contract agreement terms are void. Consequently, after this period a revised contract must be issued.
Upon completion of your service, we will provide a photo for your approval or redip request, review quality control details, then arrange for shipment, delivery, or pickup. Availability varies and scheduling into our production queue is done after a primary payment.
We do offer Expedited/Rush Orders for an additional charge.
Natalie Harris Design will not refund any portion of your payment or accommodate any exchanges. Once your test swatch has been approved, no changes to colors or order details can be made. Refusal or non-deliverable merchandise will also be subject to the full purchase price.
We will verify the likely result to be expected for your specific garment and will not proceed with your project until a swatch result confirmation is approved by you.
To do this, either the full garment must be provided, or swatches must be labeled stating to which part of garment it corresponds (ie "from overlay") as well as fiber content (ie "nylon", not just fabric type "tulle"). Additional fees may apply if we need to use fiber chemistry to identify your unlabeled swatch.
Some fabrics are more dye resistant than others. For example, a satin gown dyed black may max out at a very dark charcoal. Garments with mixed fibers will usually have dimensional, multi-toned results. A lace bodice may be many shades darker than the satin skirt on the same gown. If your garment has multiple fibers, we will have you select which portion of the garment you wish to be your goal color, and we'll identify how the other portions will result, all before we begin with your full service.
Fabrics that do not absorb water evenly are often unsuitable for an even dyeing result. Some thick, spongy crepes, "scuba", neoprene, and even satins with special finishes are likely to have some unevenness, despite our best efforts. This is a challenge that cannot be seen in swatch testing.
Fabrics that cling when wet and have strong wicking properties may present challenges in uniform color. Care will be taken with special drying techniques to minimize, but wicking lines may still result.
Liability by Natalie Harris Design for any order shall be limited to no greater than the service purchase price. Natalie Harris Design will not be held liable for loss or damage incurred by shipping provider.
As our production calendar allows limited bookings, we do not accept cancellations on specialty services. All other charges are non-refundable including shipping, insurance, and any transaction fees.
I agree to the terms and conditions of this contract.
